Abstract
One case of rt. orbital mixed tumor which originated from lacrimal gland is reported. The patient is 42 years old healthy male with right exophalmos which grows slowly for 3 years without any significant other complications. This orbital mixed tumor is successfully removed without any complication or cosmetic blemish with the application of Berk's modified Kronlein operation (lateral orbitotomy). It seems superior to original Kronlein's operation in all aspects.
