Abstract
After Toxoplasma gondii (RH strain) was inoculated into the intra peritoneum of the gpc-mouse, the changes in their orbits and brains were studied. The results were as following: 1) The mouses expired 4-6 days after this inoculation, apparantly due to their sensitivity to the toxoplasma organism. 2) The examinations of both eyes showed mild chronic non-specific inflammatory cell infiltration in ciliary boby, iris, choroid and retina, revealing early mild chronic endophthalmitis. 3) The examination of their brain showed edema and focal degenerative change with chronic inflammatory cell infiltration. 4) There was no difference between the changes in the right and left eyes.
